USFCard System Upgrade

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Aug 31, 2025 - 22:00 EDT

Scheduled - The USFCard system will be unavailable starting Sunday, August 31 at 10:00 PM as we work with our vendor to implement an upgrade that will improve system stability. Services are expected to resume on Wednesday, September 3 at 8:00 AM.

During this maintenance period, clients will still be able to submit ID card requests and check the status of existing requests.

USFCard Services Printing Issues

Investigating - USFCard Services is experiencing intermittent issues with printing cards. If you have an urgent request or need related to printing a USFCard, please contact the IT Service Desk by email (help@usf.edu) or phone (813-974-4357).
