M365 Copilot Issues
Resolved - Microsoft has indicated the copilot issues have been resolved.

Investigating - There are currently issues with M365 copilot. Microsoft is working on it and has posted this:

"Microsoft 365 Copilot: Users' Copilot prompts that require Microsoft 365 grounding, such as email content, may fail."

We are monitoring and will post an update when the issues are resolved.

Resolved - The issues have been resolved and my.usf.edu is working normally.

Identified - We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

In the meantime you can use https://www.usf.edu/myusfbackup to access my.usf.edu functionality.

Investigating - We are aware that some clients using my.usf.edu are experiencing intermittent slow loading times. We are working on the issue and will provide updates here.

Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - OASIS and Health Banner will be largely unavailable on Sunday, August 23, starting at 9 a.m. for scheduled maintenance. Several production servers will be undergoing operating system upgrades. We expect the maintenance to be completed same day, but the exact completion time on Sunday depends on several variables. We will send an update when the maintenance is complete.
